1、 高中英語（外研版）必修三 UNIT-6 Disaster and Hope Period-2 Using languages Grammar & Vocabulary& Listening 教學(xué)設(shè)計 教材中本課主要內(nèi)容分為三個部分，即語法、表達（詞匯）和聽力。 語法部分主要是進一步學(xué)習(xí)和應(yīng)用英語中省略句的表達。通過觀察課文句子、改寫句子練習(xí)幫助學(xué)生更好地理解該知識點，使印象更加深刻，從而在日后學(xué)習(xí)中能靈活使用。 表達（詞匯）部分是向?qū)W生介紹自然界中其他存在的自然災(zāi)害。此外，通過該練習(xí)還可幫助學(xué)生提高聽力技巧，使學(xué)生在實際文本中提高語言的理解能力。 1. 語言技能目

2、標 （1） 學(xué)生能夠借助關(guān)鍵詞，在理解文章大意的基礎(chǔ)上，找出段落主題句，完成讀前問題； （2） 用所學(xué)的詞匯和語言的對課文進行復(fù)述； （3） 能夠讀懂細節(jié)信息并能理解閱讀中生詞含義。 2. 語言知識目標 （1） 能夠正確運用一下單詞和短語: forecast, grab, tsunami, reliable, rescue, emergency, typhoon, blizzard, avalanche, exceptionally, claim, crisis, threaten, satellite, precisely等。 （2） 能夠理解文章中長難句并準確翻譯。 3. 文

3、化意識目標 （1） 了解自然災(zāi)害相關(guān)話題； （2） 了解人們對自然災(zāi)害的認識和態(tài)度。 4. 情感態(tài)度目標 正確認識自然災(zāi)害對人類造成的的影響，以及思考如何能夠積極地避免這些自然自然，從而為社會、人類做貢獻。 1. 理解文章邏輯關(guān)系及架構(gòu)，理解文章寫作意圖； 2. 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生討論對自然災(zāi)害造成的影響的認識和感受。 教學(xué)步驟 教學(xué)活動 設(shè)計意圖 時間 Step-1 Grammar Activity-1 1) Look at the sentences from the reading. a. 6、the paragraph and find out what words have been removed before or after the underlined words. Activity-4 Remove words from the news report to make it more concise. 活動1：開門見山引導(dǎo)學(xué)生本節(jié)課語法內(nèi)容，訓(xùn)練學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。并且通過對比的學(xué)習(xí)技巧讓學(xué)生充分理解省略句的知識點。 活動2：進一步訓(xùn)練學(xué)生在閱讀文本中找到省略句的結(jié)構(gòu)。 活動3：通過訓(xùn)練句子排序，讓學(xué)生更加深刻理解和運用省略句。 活動4：通過實際語境訓(xùn)練，幫助

7、學(xué)生理解本課語法點，有助于實際應(yīng)用。 10分鐘 Step-2 Vocabulary Activity-1 Look at the pictures and answer the questions. 1) Which one do you think is the most dangerous? 2) Can you name some big natural disasters in history? Activity-2 Complete the reports with the words in last activity. Pay attention to the w

8、ords describing natural disasters. Activity-3 Work in pairs. Talk about a recent natural disaster you have heard about or seen on the news. 活動1：幫助學(xué)生提高自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，以便更好地掌握單詞和短語。 活動2：訓(xùn)練學(xué)生于實際文中運用本課新詞，使其印象深刻，便于記憶和準確適用單詞。 活動3：通過設(shè)置情景，鍛煉學(xué)生口語表達能力，同時也再次使學(xué)生對本課單詞、詞組加深印象，更流利地使用。 10分鐘 Step-3 Listening 1. 9、istening 1) Read “Did You Know” and learn more information about extreme weather conditions. 2) Look at the “Learning to learn” and get some skills. 2. While-listening Listen to the the weather forecast and match the weather symbols to the locations on the map. 3. Deep-listening 1) Listen agai

10、n and complete the form. 2) Now talk about how the speaker describes the weather. Listen again if necessary. 4. Post-listening 1) Work in pairs. Act out the conversation to talk about an extreme weather condition. 2) Choose another extreme weather condition and have a similar conversation. 通過泛聽

11、、精聽多層次聽力訓(xùn)練，能夠讓學(xué)生對聽力材料有初步了解，鍛煉學(xué)生對文章表層含義理解，養(yǎng)成良好的聽力習(xí)慣，提高聽力技能。并且?guī)椭鷮W(xué)生組織語言回答聽前、聽后問題。 15分鐘 Step-4 Language points 1. It is also said that mice and snakes head for safer ground several days before an earthquake, while dogs avoiding the beach may be a sign that a tsunami is approaching. [句式分析] 本句有三處語言點需要

12、掌握。①詞組head for譯為“朝…去”，此處head是動詞，for后加目的地。②非謂語動詞avoiding作dogs的定語，主動關(guān)系用現(xiàn)在分詞。③that引導(dǎo)同位語從句，解釋說明sign的內(nèi)容。 [嘗試翻譯] 據(jù)說，地震前幾天老鼠和蛇會前往更安全的地方；而狗躲避海灘可能是海嘯來臨的跡象。 2. On hearing the news, China was quick to start organising emergency aid. [句式分析] 本句的on hearing the news可譯為“一聽到這個消息”，詞組on+doing sth表示“一……就”，與“as soon as, the immediately”有類似意思。 [嘗試翻譯] 一聽到這個消息，中國就迅速開始組織緊急援助。 10分鐘 Step-5 Homework - Review new words and phrases learned in this period. - Surf the Internet to find more expressions about extreme weather conditions.
