轎車兩軸式變速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及仿真分析,轎車兩軸式變速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及仿真分析,轎車,兩軸式,變速,系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì),仿真,分析 摘要 車輛的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是車輛的重要組成。他的任務(wù)是改變變化發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)能，將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)帶來(lái)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩有效地傳至車輪，用來(lái)達(dá)到汽車的要求。變速器是達(dá)成傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)任務(wù)的重要部分，也是影響汽車機(jī)能的主要部分。變速器的設(shè)計(jì)水平對(duì)汽車的動(dòng)力性、燃料經(jīng)濟(jì)性、換擋操縱的可靠性與輕便性、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性與效率等都有直接的影響。隨著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展,轎車變速器的設(shè)計(jì)趨勢(shì)為增大變速器傳遞功率與重量之比,并要求變速器具有較小的尺寸和良好性能。 本文闡述了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇、變速器方案的確定、變速器設(shè)計(jì)、變速器同步器設(shè)計(jì)、變速器箱體設(shè)計(jì)。在給定發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩、轉(zhuǎn)速及最高車速、最大爬坡度等條件下,著重對(duì)變速器齒輪的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、軸的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。 關(guān)鍵詞：變速器；齒輪；同步器；設(shè)計(jì)；結(jié)構(gòu) II Abstract Drivetrain is the core components of automobile. Its task is transforming and regulateing the performance of engine. Transmission can effectively and economically conveyed the power to the wheel which can meet the requirement of vehicles. Transmission is the important part of drivetrain components to complete the tasks. as well as one of the main factor to decide the whole performance of vehicle. The standards of Transmission designing can directly impact the vehicle dynamics, fuel economy, the reliability and portability of shifting, the smoothness and efficiency of Transmiting. Along with the development of the automobile industry, the trend of car transmission designing is to increase its transmission power and decrese its weight ,and hope have smaller size and excellent performance. This paper expounds the selection of engine, the determination of transmission scheme, the design of transmission, the design of transmission synchronizer and the design of transmission box. Under the conditions of given engine output torque, speed, maximum speed and maximum climbing gradient, the structural parameters of transmission gear and the structural size of shaft are designed and calculated emphatically.
