殼體沖壓工藝及模 具 設 計 摘 要:本設計題目是殼體落料拉深復合模,體現(xiàn)了帶窄凸緣筒形零件的設計要求、內(nèi)容及方向,具有設計意義。通過對該模具的設計,復習了我的沖壓模具設計的基礎知識,為今后設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊。 本設計運用沖壓工藝及模具設計的基礎知識,首先分析了制件的形狀及生產(chǎn)可行性,為合理選取沖壓工藝方案做好準備;然后估算了落料毛坯的體積,便于排樣;最后分析模具結構,確定模具的設計參數(shù)、設計要點及卸料裝置的選取。本制件是帶窄凸緣的筒形件,選擇合適的壓邊力是極為重要的,它具體應在保證不起皺的前提下取最小值。卸料板在落料前兼起壓料作用。 本復合模具先由凸凹摸與落料凹模進行落料工序,后由凸凹摸與拉深凸模進行反向拉深工序。模具結構屬于正裝式復合模,比較適宜本制件的成形。此外,在排樣的工作中力求板材利用率達到較高的水平。關鍵詞:落料拉深復合模 反拉深 拉深間隙 窄凸緣筒形件The Pressing Process and Die Design for the Shell ABSTRACT: The topic of the design is a shield produced by compound blanking and drawing dies, it is according to the requirements 、the contents、also the directions of cylindrical part which has a narrow flange. And it is of great significance. Throughing the die design of this part, my foundation knowledge of die design was enriched a lot. It will be helpful for my later's die-designing which are more difficult, in addition, I have gain countless experience .The design using blanking technique and foundation knowledge of die design, first by analysising the shape of the part and feasibility of producing. All have done are making preparation for reasonable selection of blanking technique scheme . Then calculated the volume of the blank flat,so it is simple for layout designing. Finally anlysised the die structure,confirmed the die designing parameter 、designing essences and selecting tripper.This part is a cylindrical part with a narrow flange, so tomake a suitable pressure-pad-force is very important. After make sure it will not wrinkle, it should be selected a minimum. The stripper also is act as a pressure-pad. First the compound die and blanking die doing the blanking process, then the compound die and the drawing punch doing the reverse drawing process, the structure is belonging to the simple compound die .It is quite suitable for this part 's forming.
