摘 要
本次設(shè)計(jì)了一套沖孔﹑落料、翻邊的復(fù)合模模具。經(jīng)過(guò)查閱資料，首先要對(duì)零件進(jìn)行工藝分析，經(jīng)過(guò)工藝分析和對(duì)比，采用沖孔落料翻邊工序，通過(guò)沖裁力、頂件力、卸料力等計(jì)算，確定模具的類型。得出將設(shè)計(jì)的模具類型后將模具的各工作零部件設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程表達(dá)出來(lái)。
在論文中第一部分，主要敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，說(shuō)明了沖壓模具的重要性，接著是對(duì)沖壓件的工藝分析，完成了工藝方案的確定。第二部分，對(duì)零件排樣圖的設(shè)計(jì)，完成了材料利用率的計(jì)算。再進(jìn)行沖裁工藝力的計(jì)算和沖裁模工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，對(duì)選擇沖壓設(shè)備提供依據(jù)。最后對(duì)主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇，為本次設(shè)計(jì)模具的繪制和模具的成形提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)前面的設(shè)計(jì)方案畫(huà)出模具各零件圖和裝配圖。
本模具性能可靠，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，能夠適應(yīng)大批量生產(chǎn)要求，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率，降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和生產(chǎn)成本。

Abstract
