散熱片沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要: 沖壓是在室溫下,利用安裝在壓力機(jī)上的模具對(duì)材料施加壓力,使其產(chǎn)生分離或塑性變形,從而獲得所需零件的一種壓力加工方法。沖壓模具在冷沖壓加工中,將材料(金屬或非金屬)加工成零件(或半成品)的一種特殊工藝裝備,稱為冷沖壓模具(俗稱冷沖模)。沖壓模具是沖壓生產(chǎn)必不可少的工藝裝備,是技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)品。沖壓件的質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率以及生產(chǎn)成本等,與模具設(shè)計(jì)和制造有直接關(guān)系。模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)水平的高低,是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家產(chǎn)品制造水平高低的重要標(biāo)志之一,在很大程度上決定著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、效益和新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)能力。

Forming process and die desing of stamping fin
Abstract: A complete press tool for cutting two holes in work material at one stoke of the press, as classified and standardized by a large manufacture.
Any complete press tool, consisting of a pair of mating member for producing pressworked parts ,including all supporting and actuating elements of the tool ,is a die .pressworking terminology commonly defines the female part of any complete press tool as a die.
A punch holder mounted to the upper shoe holds two round punches which are guided by bushings inserted in the stripper.
A compound die performs only cutting operations which are completed during a single press stroke. A compound die can produce pierced blanks to close flatness and dimensional tolerances. A characteristic of compound die is the inverted position of the blanking punch and blanking die. The die is fastened to the upper shoe and the blanking punch is mounted on the lower shoe. The blanking punch also functions as the piercing die ,having a tapered hole in it and in the lower shoe for slug disposal..
