盒蓋成形工藝與模具設計
摘 要:模具設計與制造是整個模具行業(yè)中最關(guān)鍵的部分, 也是占用模具開發(fā)周期最長的部分。因此, 縮短模具設計與制造周期對于提高模具的開發(fā)和設計有著極為重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
本課題為盒蓋的注塑成型工藝與模具設計,結(jié)合其模具設計特有工藝性,進行了工藝性分析,并分析了成形過程的不同的注塑工藝方案,從理論探討及實驗上提出了最佳工藝方案。介紹了模具設計要點、結(jié)構(gòu)分析、工作原理;并對模具的各部分主要尺寸進行理論運算,以確定各模具零件的尺寸;對注塑模從設計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行了詳細闡述,簡要分析了模具關(guān)鍵零部件加工工藝進行了詳盡的分析。實踐證明,模具結(jié)構(gòu)能很好地滿足注塑零件的精度要求,適合工廠的大批量生產(chǎn)要求。
通過對盒蓋的注塑模具設計,鞏固和深化了所學知識,取得了比較滿意的效果,達到了預期的設計意圖。
