CAD/CAM技術(shù)在摩托車護(hù)片鍛模設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用

摘要:曲面類零件在制造業(yè)中處處可見,尤其是模具制造業(yè)。傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)制造方法是工程圖、模線、樣板、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣件等工作方式,生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備的周期長(zhǎng),制造精度低,生產(chǎn)效率也是低下。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在模具制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用的不斷發(fā)展,數(shù)控加工能力得到了大大提高,模具的設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)達(dá)到了空前的發(fā)展。模具CAD/CAM技術(shù)已成為模具行業(yè)革命化的標(biāo)志。適應(yīng)CAD/CAM技術(shù)的發(fā)展,改變傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與制造方法是模具制造業(yè)的發(fā)展的方向.
本設(shè)計(jì)是CAD/CAM技術(shù)在鍛模曲面加工中的應(yīng)用。包括兩大部分:一是摩托車護(hù)片模具的設(shè)計(jì);二是模具型面的造型與數(shù)控仿真加工。在Mastercam 8.0環(huán)境下利用CAD功能進(jìn)行摩托車護(hù)片模具的實(shí)體造型,利用CAM功能進(jìn)行模具刀具路徑的編制、模擬加工,并通過后處理生成NC程序。期望通過此課題的研究,能夠提高自己對(duì)CAD/CAM技術(shù)在模具制造業(yè)中應(yīng)用的重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)。

Abstract: It is well known that surface parts can be seen everywhere in the manufacturing , especially in the mould manufacturing . The traditional design and manufacturing processes are the engineering drafting , lofting , template making , standard samples , etc. , which have the shortages of long production preparation period , low processing accuracy and production efficiency . With the developing of the computer technique’ application in the mould manufacturing , NC machining capability has been enhanced greatly ,and, the design and manufacturing technique of the mould has obtained enormous progress at the same time . The CAD/CAM technique has become the revolutionary sign in the mould industry . To be suitable for the tendency of CAD/CAM technique’ development and meet the requirement to change the traditional design /manufacturing modes are the developing direction of the mould industry .
This project is about the application of the CAD/CAM technique in the wrought mould surface processing . It contains two parts : one is about the mould design of the motorcycle jacket and the other is about the numerical control simulate process of the mould surface . Under the environment of Mastercam 8.0 , I will sculpt the mould of the motorcycle jacket using the CAD function , and then , I will weave the tool route , simulate processing and create the NC programme via the back disposing using the CAM function . And at last , I hope I can improve my cognition to the significance of the CAD/CAM technique’ application in the mould industry by the study of the task .
