摘 要
沖擊式破碎機(jī)是廣泛運(yùn)用于特硬、中硬及磨蝕性物料的粗碎與細(xì)碎作業(yè)的高效破碎機(jī)械設(shè)備。在設(shè)計(jì)初,先查閱資料,了解了沖擊式破碎機(jī)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀。然后按照破碎機(jī)的一般設(shè)計(jì)步驟進(jìn)行了以下設(shè)計(jì):破碎機(jī)總體方案確定及主軸等主要零件結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的計(jì)算和選擇;破碎機(jī)工作參數(shù)的計(jì)算;破碎機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);破碎機(jī)的受力分析和主要零部件的強(qiáng)度校核。最后完成破碎機(jī)裝配圖,主要部件及零件圖,設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)一份。

Abstract
The impact crusher is widely used in special hard, hard and abrasive materials, rough broken and mechanical crushing operations efficiency impact crusher. Through this graduation project, to study on the consolidation of book knowledge. Early in the design, to inspect the information about the impact crusher at home and abroad. Then follow the impact crusher of the general design steps of the following design: the overall plan of impact crusher and calculation and choice of the main shaft and the other major parts to determine structural parameters; the calculation of impact crusher working parameters; impact crusher structural design; check of the stress analysis and strength of major components. Finally complete a assembly drawings of impact crusher, parts diagram , the design of a paper.
