摘要
本文以懸臂縱軸式掘進機為背景,主要研究在給定的條件下,設(shè)計出適合工況條件的掘進機。
首先介紹的是總體方案的設(shè)計,其中包括機器各部分機構(gòu)的選型;然后根據(jù)總體布置的要求對機器進行總體布置;接著對傳動形式及運動元件進行選擇,并進行總體參數(shù)的確定;接著計算確定截割、裝載及中間運輸機的生產(chǎn)率,并檢測掘進機的整體通過性;最后對掘進機的裝載機構(gòu)進行分體設(shè)計。
