塑料提桶模具設計及其型腔仿真加工
摘要:注塑模具是現(xiàn)在所有塑料模具中使用最廣的模具,能夠成型復雜的高精度的塑料制品。本課題是對塑料提桶模具設計及其型腔仿真加工。
本模具考慮到年產(chǎn)量、工廠的設備及塑件的精度要求,選擇一模一腔結(jié)構。
該塑料桶桶壁較薄,腔深、型芯長,可能會造成因型腔、型芯不同而造成塑料壁厚薄不均,從而造成成型困難,廢品率高。這一點對于薄壁通體尤為重要。針對這些問題采用了型芯和型腔以導柱、導套定位。在桶身高度部分采用了獨立冷卻系統(tǒng),在用以成型桶底的定模鑲件上,采用環(huán)形水道冷卻,水流的進出口設計在定模固定板上。型芯冷卻采用中間一主水道進水,然后沿圓周均布分成六個分水道出水,從而使型芯各處得到充分冷卻,整個模具的溫度場比較均勻。塑件脫模時采用氣動頂出。
注塑模具CAD/CAM技術的應用,從根本上改變了傳統(tǒng)的塑料產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和模具加工方式,大大地提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、縮短了開發(fā)周期、降低了生產(chǎn)成本、強有力地推動了模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展。一些大型的商品化CAD/CAM 軟件,如Pro/Engineer、Unigraphics II、Cimatron、MoldFlow等,都已開發(fā)出專門用于注塑模具設計的功能模塊,為模具設計提供了十分方便的工具。有資料統(tǒng)計表明,采用CAD技術可以使模具設計時間縮短50%。在歐美一些工業(yè)發(fā)達的國家,CAD/CAM已經(jīng)成為模具行業(yè)一種普遍應用的技術。在CAD應用方面,已經(jīng)超越了甩掉圖板、二維繪圖的初級階段。在模具設計中采用三維CAD軟件的企業(yè)已經(jīng)接近90%。目前,國內(nèi)也有不少企業(yè)開始應用CAD軟件進行模具設計。在設計過程中制定了合理的工藝方案,滿足了大批量生產(chǎn)要求。同時,還編制了詳細的工藝文件來保證模具的順利加工及制品的生產(chǎn)。通過合理的設計,本模具滿足生產(chǎn)與應用的要求。
