引 言
CA-20型地下礦山自卸汽車是我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目,主要參與了其中電氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)部分。在整個(gè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)期間,我所學(xué)到的了很多理論知識(shí)和實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),這將對(duì)我以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作帶來(lái)極大的幫助。
CA-20型地下礦山自卸汽車的電氣系統(tǒng)PLC控制是我設(shè)計(jì)的主要部分,它也是一個(gè)較為復(fù)雜的部分,在整車的設(shè)計(jì)中占有相當(dāng)重要的地位。本次設(shè)計(jì)我們主要從整機(jī)電氣系統(tǒng)的原理入手,主要完成了對(duì)電氣系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的計(jì)算,來(lái)選配電氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過(guò)對(duì)電氣系統(tǒng)四大塊包括電源及啟動(dòng)、照明及信號(hào)、指示儀表及傳感器和連接導(dǎo)線的設(shè)計(jì),特別對(duì)啟動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)做了設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn),進(jìn)一步完善了CA-20地下自卸汽車的電氣系統(tǒng)配置。在兩個(gè)多月的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,我花了大量時(shí)間和精力,查閱了大量的技術(shù)資料及參考文獻(xiàn),從對(duì)汽車電氣系統(tǒng)的未知到逐步熟悉并加深認(rèn)識(shí),達(dá)到能進(jìn)行電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的水平。經(jīng)過(guò)自己的努力和指導(dǎo)教師全力指導(dǎo)下,完成了對(duì)CA-20型地下礦山自卸汽車的整機(jī)電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)和編制PLC程序,并在模擬仿真軟件運(yùn)行的到成功,證明了PLC在地下自卸汽車使用的可行性。
Introduction
CA-20-type underground mining dump truck is the subject of my graduation project, which mainly involved in the design of electrical system parts. Throughout the period of graduation, I learned a lot of theoretical knowledge and experimental experience, which will study and work after I bring great help.
CA-20-type underground mining dump truck electrical system PLC control is the main part of my design, it is also a more complex part in the vehicle's design has an important position. The design of our main principle of electrical system from the machine to start, mainly to complete the calculation of the electrical system parameters, to matching the design of electrical systems. Through the electrical system and start the four blocks, including power, lighting and signals of the instrument and the sensors and wiring design, especially for start control system design and improvement made to further improve the CA-20 dump truck's electrical system underground configuration. In the design process more than two months of graduating, I spent a lot of time and effort, access a lot of technical information and references, from the car electrical system to gradually become familiar with the unknown and a better understanding, to be able to carry out electrical system design level. Through their hard work and effort under the guidance of the instructor, completed CA-20-type underground mining dump truck of the machine electrical system design, design and preparation of PLC programs, and simulation software to run a successful, proven PLC in the feasibility of using underground dump truck.
