摘 要
歷年來的豐產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明:抓緊夏季墾復(fù)荒山,加強(qiáng)熟山中耕培育,是保證全面油茶大豐收的主要關(guān)鍵。油茶地經(jīng)墾復(fù)后土壤疏松,保水保肥,促進(jìn)茶株根系發(fā)育,春季所發(fā)新梢數(shù)、梢長、新葉數(shù)、花芽數(shù)分別比不墾復(fù)的增加48.5%、118.7%、11.5%和88?7%,而且茶籽千粒重增加0.7一3.3公斤,畝產(chǎn)量增加11.7一39.2公斤,增產(chǎn)15.7%一81.6%。所謂的墾復(fù)是指翻耕荒蕪的茶山而言,其目的在于:消除雜草灌木,促進(jìn)土壤風(fēng)化,故宜用深挖。墾復(fù)的深度視情況而定,一般7~8寸。本課題運(yùn)用制圖軟件對(duì)油茶墾復(fù)機(jī)中間傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),其中包括中間傳動(dòng),側(cè)邊的傳動(dòng),旋轉(zhuǎn)鍬的設(shè)計(jì)。通過蝸輪蝸桿的變向?qū)?dòng)力傳到側(cè)邊,使用大小齒輪實(shí)現(xiàn)減速后傳給刀,既解決了側(cè)邊傳動(dòng)耕幅較小的問題,也實(shí)現(xiàn)了低速、高效率的墾復(fù)要求。

Abstract

Reclamation of depth depending on the situation, general 7 ~8 inch. The subject of the use of mapping software on Camellia tea cultivating machine intermediate transmission mechanism design, including the intermediate drive, side drive, rotary shovel design. Through the worm gear turning to power side, using the size gear speed reducing unit to the cutter, which solves the side driving the tilling amplitude is smaller, but also to achieve a low, efficient reclamation requirements.
