摘 要
變速器是汽車傳動系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，它的性能直接影響到汽車的動力性和燃油經(jīng)濟性，因此變速器的設(shè)計是關(guān)系到汽車整體使用性能的重要總成設(shè)計。
本次設(shè)計主要研究了中間軸式五擋手動變速器，主要設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括變速器傳動機構(gòu)方案的選擇分析；變速器主要參數(shù)的計算；變速器操縱機構(gòu)的設(shè)計；變速器傳動機構(gòu)的計算及其校核；變速器軸承的選擇計算及校核；同步器的設(shè)計計算及選用；變速器箱體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。最后，經(jīng)過整體的計算、分析與校核，設(shè)計出結(jié)構(gòu)性能合理、符合技術(shù)要求的變速器。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is an important part of automobile transmission, which directly affects the performance of vehicle dynamics and fuel economy, so the design of transmission is related to the overall performance of major vehicle assembly design.
The design of the main shaft of the middle five-speed manual transmission, the main design elements include the choice of transmission of transmission programs; transmission main parameters of the calculation; transmission control mechanism design; transmission, calculation and check of drive mechanism; transmission bearing The choice of calculation and checking; synchronizer design calculation and selection; transmission box structure design. Finally, after the whole calculation, analysis and verification, the performance and structure of the transmission is reasonable, meeting the technical requirements of transmission.
