1. . 提出請(qǐng)求時(shí),需在不同的場(chǎng)合使用不同的請(qǐng)求語(yǔ)氣。在較為正式
4、的場(chǎng)合或向上級(jí)提出請(qǐng)求時(shí),往往使用疑問(wèn)句,如“Would it be all right if …”,“Would you mind if …”,“If you don’t mind, I’d like to …”。而向朋友或同學(xué)提出請(qǐng)求時(shí)用這 種句式則會(huì)顯得非常見外,大多數(shù)時(shí)候只需問(wèn)“May I …”,“Can you …”或是直接以陳述句形式提出請(qǐng)求即可,如“I’d like to borrow your pen.”
2. 拒絕別人的請(qǐng)求時(shí)也要注意用語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣,一般是先表示歉意,然后再說(shuō)明拒絕的理由。直接用“No”會(huì)顯得非常粗魯無(wú)禮。
