It is … 2.語言技能目標 能認讀七大洲單詞并能了解各洲的代表性動物,能熟練運用以上句型表述動物。 3.情感態(tài)度目標 培養(yǎng)學生熱愛大自然,熱愛和保護動物的意識。 4.學習策略目標 利用地圖進行學習 5.文化意識目標 懂得各大洲的名稱和它們在地圖上的大概位置 二、教學重點、難點 表示各洲的單詞及Don’t … .Where is the … from? It’s from…What does a … look like? It looks like a … . It has… .It is … 句型的熟練運用. 三、教學策略 運用參觀動物家鄉(xiāng)的闖關(guān)游戲把零散的知識點連為一體,貫穿整節(jié)課. 四、教學過程 Show the topic: We are going to visit animals’ hometown并介紹闖關(guān)游戲(板書設(shè)計成世界地圖,增強直觀性) 1.第一關(guān):Can you name the animals? 學生說出自己知道的動物名,復習動物名詞 2.第二關(guān):What’s your favourite animals? My favourite animal is the … 學生兩兩練習,復習動物名詞和句型. 3.第三關(guān): Can you talk about your favourite animal? 老師先做例子,如何描述動物,學生再自行談論. 老師可出示動物圖片幫助學生描述,最后老師檢查對話. 鞏固What does a … look like? It looks like a … . It has… .It is … 句型 4.第四關(guān): Can you know the maps of continents?學習各大洲名詞 (1) 出示世界地圖和中國地圖 初步認識地圖,地圖上有熊貓,可以鞏固Where is the … from? It’s from…句型 (2) 依次出示各洲地圖,學習各洲名詞 先出現(xiàn)各洲代表動物, 用Where is the … from? It’s from…句型free talk, 讓學生猜是哪個洲,再帶讀單詞.老師在黑板上把各洲單詞詞卡放在黑板上相應位置. (3) 單詞游戲,操練單詞上口 游戲一:每個組代表一個洲,老師讀到的那個洲必須又迅速又整齊地站起來并大聲說出該洲名稱。一共有八個單詞(加上India),所以可以進行兩組這樣的游戲. 游戲二: 老師背對學生,學生站起來連續(xù)讀老師指定的單詞,一旦老師轉(zhuǎn)身面對學生,學生必須立刻坐好. 兩個游戲可選一個,若學生掌握情況不好的話可以都用. (4) 迅速記憶游戲, 給學生一分鐘時間記憶黑板上各大洲的大致位置,老師打亂位置,學生復原。 (5) 看與黑板上相反的世界地圖,讓學生指出各大洲位置 因為書上的世界地圖就是反的,為下面做練習做準備,也可加強操練讓學生熟練掌握各大洲的位置. 5.第五關(guān):Can you find the animals’hometown (1) Do Exercise 1 of P66 訓練學生的聽力和反應能力 (2) Check the answers (3) Let’s talk about where animals live in. 運用以下句型談論 P1: I want to see a kangaroo in India. P2: Don’t go to India. Go to Australia. (4) 總結(jié): 為了呼應本節(jié)課的主線,老師也要做收尾工作:Now you can travel the world to visit animals’hometown with me! 6.第六關(guān): Can you write something about animals? 老師可讓學生觀看一些各大洲動物居住生活的圖片,然后老師提議寫讀后感。老師可先寫一篇做例子,再讓學生自己寫。為了照顧學困生,只要求填空即可。對于生源好的學??梢杂袝r間寫,否則沒有時間寫,但是可以延續(xù)到下節(jié)課。 My favourite animal is the ______ It looks like a ______ . Structure: Why not? They are +adj. Don’t + verb. Materials Needed puter, pictures, CD—Rom, word cards Procedures Activity 1: Free talk (Talk about the animals.) How many animals do you know? What are they? What is your favorite animal? Activity 2: Present a picture (some monkeys) E.g. my favorite animal is monkey. Look at the monkeys. They are running and jumping. They are funny. They are lovely. But don’t give them your bananas. Activity 3: Present a picture (a lion) E.g. my favorite animal is lion. Look at the lion. It’s strong and dangerous. It’s beautiful. But don’t go too near. Activity 4: Ask the pupils to show their pictures of animals. And then talk about their favorite animals in groups. Activity 5: Ask the group members to e out and talk about their favorite animals. Activity 6: Teacher: Animals are our good friends. We should protect them. Don’t feed the animals in the zoo. Pupils: Why not? Teacher: It is the zoo rules. Learn language focus: Don’t + verb. Why not? Rule Activity 7: Panda is our national treasure. Do you know? Where are the pandas from? They are from China. Learn: Where is the lion from? It is from Africa. Writing on the blackboard: Africa, kill Activity 8: Now, let’s go to visit the zoo. Listen and look carefully. And then answer the questions. ① what animals can you see? ② Are the monkeys running and jumping? ③ Is the lion strong and dangerous? ④ Where is the lion from? Activity 9: Answer the questions. Activity 10: Look and Listen to the dialogue two times. Activity 11: Read the dialogue after the puter. Activity 12: Read the dialogue in groups. Activity 13: Read the dialogue in different roles.
