5、 "ABS"Chinese translates is "against deadlocks the brake system".It is one kind has the skid prevention,against to deadlock and so on merit auto safety control systems.ABS is in the convention brake system foundation advanced version technology,separable mechanical and electronic formula two kinds.

6、 On the modern automobile installs the anti-lock braking system massively,ABS both has the automobile sill to change under the stopping,guaranteed that automobile's brake yawing stability,prevented to have the side-slipping and to run,was on the present automobile is most advanced,the brake effect

65、側(cè)滑和跑偏,是目前汽車(chē)上最先進(jìn)、制動(dòng)效果最佳的制動(dòng)裝置。 普通制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在濕滑路面上制動(dòng),或在緊急制動(dòng)的時(shí)候,車(chē)輪容易因制動(dòng)力超過(guò)輪胎與地面的摩擦力而完全抱死。 清楚防抱死制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是指汽車(chē)在制動(dòng)過(guò)程中能實(shí)時(shí)判定車(chē)輪的滑移率,自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)作用在車(chē)輪上的制動(dòng)力矩,防止車(chē)輪抱死。從而獲得最佳制動(dòng)效能的電子裝置。它能把車(chē)輪的滑移率控制在一定的范圍之內(nèi),充分地利用輪胎與路面之間的附著力,有效地縮短制動(dòng)距離,顯著地提高車(chē)輛制動(dòng)時(shí)的可操縱性和穩(wěn)定性,從而避免了車(chē)輪抱死時(shí)易出現(xiàn)的各種交通事故。 隨著制動(dòng)強(qiáng)度增加,車(chē)輪滾動(dòng)成分越來(lái)越少,而滑移成分越來(lái)越多,一般用滑移S來(lái)說(shuō)明制動(dòng)過(guò)程中滑移成分的多少?;坡试酱?,

66、滑移成分越少。 其中: u——車(chē)輪中心的速度; r——沒(méi)有地面制動(dòng)力時(shí)的車(chē)輪滾動(dòng)半徑; w——車(chē)輪的角速度。 縱向和側(cè)向附著系數(shù)課表達(dá)為車(chē)輪滑移率的函數(shù)(如圖1)。最大的縱向附著系數(shù)所對(duì)應(yīng)的滑移率稱(chēng)為臨街穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)SK。根據(jù)控制理論吧滑移率小語(yǔ)SK 的區(qū)域稱(chēng)為穩(wěn)定最大區(qū),SK以后的為非穩(wěn)定穩(wěn)定去。ABS正是利用道路與輪胎之間的關(guān)系,強(qiáng)制性地把車(chē)輪滑移率控制在臨街穩(wěn)定點(diǎn)SK附近,使路面附著性能得到最充分的發(fā)揮,從而達(dá)到最佳的制動(dòng)效果。 目前所采用的ABS主要有輪速傳感器,電子控制單元,壓力控制閥和線束、管路等附件組成。ABS的開(kāi)發(fā)主要是研究設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化運(yùn)算和控制程序軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)精確的控制調(diào)節(jié)的技術(shù),同時(shí)提高硬件的水平。 2 目前ABS所采用的控制技術(shù) ABS的控制效果很大程度上取決于系統(tǒng)所采用的控制技術(shù)[4]。目前所采用的主要是邏輯門(mén)限控制技術(shù)。為進(jìn)一步提高ABS的性能,還提出了一些基于滑移率的控制技術(shù),如PID控制,滑移模態(tài)變結(jié)構(gòu)控制,模糊控制等。每種控制均以不同的控制規(guī)律逼近期望的點(diǎn)。 2.1PID控制 定義期望滑移率S0與實(shí)際滑移率S之差為控制誤差
