本課的教學(xué)對象是小學(xué)四年級的學(xué)生,由于他們從三年級開始已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)了一年半的英語,在聽說讀寫方面已經(jīng)有了一定的基礎(chǔ),敢于開口、積極參與。本單元中月份、星期、天氣等知識學(xué)生們在以前都接觸過,再通過本單元的學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)生對詞匯和句子基本掌握和基本能運(yùn)用。要訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對語言的運(yùn)用能力。

第二步,利用活動手冊和錄音進(jìn)行測試,在書面上測驗(yàn)本單元詞匯的掌握情況。
