摘 要
我國的振動篩在運行和維修方面中存在著大量的問題。這些問題突出表現(xiàn)在篩箱斷梁、裂幫、稀油潤滑的箱式振動器漏油、齒輪打齒、軸承溫升過高、噪聲大等問題,同時伴有傳動帶跳帶、斷帶等故障。這類問題直接影響了振動篩的使用壽命,嚴重影響了生產(chǎn)。針對這些問題特設(shè)計了ZKB2060型直線振動篩,這類振動篩可以很好的解決此類問題,該系列振動篩是工礦企業(yè)普遍應(yīng)用的篩分機械,用作物料的篩分、分級、洗滌、脫介、脫水之用。它根據(jù)自同步原理,采用雙電機直接驅(qū)動,代替了強制同步式的齒輪傳動。它的振動軌跡為直線,克服了以往振動篩由于單電機拖動,齒輪強迫傳動引起的齒輪潤滑,封閉問題,從而提高了整個振動篩的使用壽命。論文設(shè)計部分論述了設(shè)計方案,包括振動篩的分類與特點,對物料的運動分析,運用了Matlab的優(yōu)化工具箱中的fmincon函數(shù)對振動篩的運動學(xué)、動力學(xué)分析及參數(shù)的計算與選擇,并進行了電機的設(shè)計與校核;對主要零部件作了設(shè)計與計算,包括彈簧的設(shè)計計算、軸的設(shè)計計算、軸承的選擇與校核、螺栓的選擇與校核;為考察共振現(xiàn)象,對振動篩作了基于Matlab/Simulink的動態(tài)仿真,直觀的了解到共振的危害;為了考察梁設(shè)計的合理性,對梁作了基于Pro/e-Mechanica的靜載荷和模態(tài)分析,結(jié)果證實了設(shè)計的合理性,然后進行了設(shè)備維修、安裝的設(shè)計,最后進行了振動篩的的環(huán)保以及經(jīng)濟性分析。

ABSTRACT
There are many problems in operation and maintenance of our nation’s Vibrating Screens. These issues highlighted in the screen box off beam, crack of side panels, lubrication oil of box vibrators, crack of gear teeth, high temperature in bearings, being noisy accompanied by belt broking etc. These problems directly affect the life of a vibrating screen and have a great effect on production. ZKB2060 vibrating screen is designed to address these issues, which is a good solution to such problems. It is mining machinery widely used in screening industrial which is used for material of screening, grading, washing, off medium. It is designed according to principles of self-synchronization with dual motor direct drive instead of the forced synchronous gear drive. Its vibration trajectory a straight line, which tackles problems of gear lubrication and sealing result from single motor drive and force of gear drive, thus improving the life of the vibrating screen. The design part of this article discusses the scheme of vibrating screen, including the classification and characteristics of vibrating screen, motion analysis of materials, utilizing Matlab's optimization toolbox function fmincon in the calculation, selection, analysis of vibrating screen’s kinematics, dynamics parameter. What’s more, the motor’s design and verification is also conducted. Meanwhile, the design and calculation of main components are carried out, including the design and verification of spring, shaft, bearing, bolts. In order to further understand the phenomenon of hazards resonance, we conduct dynamic simulation with Matlab / Simulink. For the sake of investigating whether the design of beam is reasonable, we handled the static and modal analysis with Pro/ e-Mechanica, whose results confirmed the reasonability of the design. Then it talks about the maintenance, design of installation of equipment. Finally environmental and economical analysis is carried out.
