摘 要
連桿作為發(fā)動機的一個主要傳動部件,在精度方面要求很高。本次文章重點論述了在大批量生產(chǎn)前提下發(fā)動機連桿的加工工藝規(guī)程以及相關工序的夾具設計。一方面連桿對尺寸精度、形狀精度以及位置精度都有很高的要求,另一方面連桿的剛性又比較差,很容易在加工的過程中發(fā)生變形。所以在設計加工工藝過程時,粗精加工工序要分開進行。分多步去除連桿毛坯的加工余量,同時減小切削力和工件的內應力,對加工后產(chǎn)生的變形進行不斷修正,從而達到連桿最終的技術要求。為了保證加工連桿小頭孔的精度,本文設計了一套鉆擴鉸小頭孔的專用夾具,對在加工過程中的定位、夾緊等問題做了詳細的分析,并在相關文獻資料的基礎上進行了一系列改進,確保了連桿在加工過程中的精度要求。

ABSTRACT
As a main drive components of the engine,Connecting rod have high requirements in accuracy . Under the premise of high-volume production, the article focuses on the processing procedures of Engine connecting rod and fixture design of the related process. On the one hand connecting rod have high accuracy requirements in dimensional , shape and positional , on the other hand it is easily be deformed in the course of processing because of poor rigidity . So in the process of processing technology , rough machining and finish machining should be carried out separately. Multiple steps to remove the link blank allowance, while reducing cutting forces and the internal stress of the workpiece, deformation produced after processing were constantly revised, so as to achieve the final technical requirements. In order to ensure the accuracy of the connecting rod small end hole of the connecting rod, under the detailed analysis of definition and improvement of related documents, this paper designed a set of special fixture of Drill hole reaming head to ensure the accuracy.
