[摘 要] 混凝土砌塊是目前新型墻體應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種,混凝土砌塊成型疊放在小型叉車上后,由于小型叉車的震動,會使剛成型的砌塊破碎或裂紋,造成大量廢品。若人工的拖拉疊放的砌塊耗時較大。本課題的可旋轉(zhuǎn)升降軌道用擺渡車就是解決企業(yè)現(xiàn)存這一問題中的這個重要環(huán)節(jié),磚塊由升板機疊放在升降軌道車上后,擺渡車會自動、準確地將旋轉(zhuǎn)升降軌道車運送到料場的各個軌道,實現(xiàn)送車到位、對軌準確、運行平穩(wěn),并與生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)相配套以及提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,降低工人勞動強度的目的。本設(shè)計包括車架、行走裝置、電路控制三大部分。
