數(shù)控鉆床的主軸、工作臺(tái)進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]
隨著先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,數(shù)控加工已成為機(jī)加工過(guò)程中的一種主流技術(shù)。這一技術(shù)的運(yùn)用提高了機(jī)加工過(guò)程中工作效率和加工精度。數(shù)控鉆床就是提高鉆削加工精度和效率的一種很好的機(jī)加工工具。本文對(duì)數(shù)控鉆床進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),采用了普通車床設(shè)計(jì)的步驟和方法,綜合考慮數(shù)控機(jī)床的特點(diǎn)。從切削力入手確定主軸及電機(jī),到整個(gè)機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和機(jī)床的控制。最后到對(duì)機(jī)床初始化程序設(shè)計(jì)。
本文所做的工作:
1.完成數(shù)控鉆床的資料收集與國(guó)、內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查比較,提出較為可行的方案;
2.完成機(jī)床的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),初步完成控制系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì);提交論文及機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的裝配與關(guān)鍵零部件的相應(yīng)圖紙及數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的硬件圖,同時(shí)提交電子文檔;
3.編寫設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書。
完成了一臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)型的數(shù)控機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)。

[Abstract] ?
With the manufacturing development, numerical control manufacturing has become one of the major advanced technologies. efficiency and accuracy has been improved in application of the technology. Numerical control auto-drilling machine is a kind of the new machine tools that can improve the machining accuracy and efficiency. The paner has designed for Numerical control auto-drilling machine, using design method of the ordinary lathe, and considering the characteristic of the numerical control machine tools synthetically. cutting force has been calculated, the structural and the control system has been designed. Finally, the software routine has been explored.
This paner has finished major works:
1. Completed a investigation of internal and external of current situation for numerical control multistage-drilling machine, and compared it, put forward a feasible scheme;
2. Completed the mechanical structural design an calculated and designed the electric control system, and finished the software and hardware of the control system tentatively; Submit thesis and the assembly of mechanical system and hardware picture of key spare part and drawing of numerical control system, submit the electronic file at the same time;
3. Write the specification of designing and calculating, has designed an economy numerical control machine tool.
