結構或構件第i個測區(qū)平均回彈值; dm 測區(qū)平均碳化深度值; dm.i 結構或構件第i個測區(qū)的平均碳化深度; 1 總 則 1.0.1 為統(tǒng)一山東省使用回彈儀檢測普通混凝土抗壓強度的方法,保證檢測進度,制定本規(guī)程。 1.0.2 本規(guī)程實用于采用中型回彈儀檢測和推定山東省范圍內(nèi)建筑工程結構或構件中普通混凝土抗壓強度(以下簡稱混凝土強度)。 1.0.3 本規(guī)程所定義的回彈法是指通過檢測結構或構件混凝土的回彈值和碳化深度值來推定該結構或構件混凝土強度的方法。結構或構件測區(qū)混凝土強度強度換算值是指按本規(guī)程測得的回彈值和碳化深度值換算成相當于被測結構或構件的測區(qū)在該齡期下的混凝土抗壓強度值。 混凝土強度推定值是指相應于強度換算值總體分布中保證率不低于95%的強度值。 1.0.4 1.0.5本規(guī)程適用于符合下列條件的混凝土的強度的檢測: (1)符合普通混凝土用材料、拌合用水的質量標準且采用粗骨料為碎石; (2)不摻引氣型外加劑; (3)采用普通成型工藝; (4)采用符合國家現(xiàn)行標準《混凝土結構工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》GB50204規(guī)定的鋼模、木模及其它材料制成的模板; (5)自然養(yǎng)護或蒸汽養(yǎng)護出池后經(jīng)自然養(yǎng)護7d以上,且混凝土表層為干燥狀態(tài)。 (6)齡期為14-110天; (7)抗壓強度為10-60MPa; 1.0.6當有下列情況之一時,不能按本規(guī)程進行混凝土強度的檢測: (1)測試部位表層與內(nèi)部質量有明顯差異或內(nèi)部存在缺陷; (2)遭受凍害、化學侵蝕、火災、高溫損傷。 1.0.7當有下列情況之一時,不能按公式(4.0.1)計算或附錄E換算測區(qū)混凝土強度值,但可制定專用測強曲線或通過試驗進行修正: (1)粗集料最大粒徑大于40mm; (2)特種成型工藝制成的混凝土; (3)檢測部位曲率半徑小于250mm的混凝土。 1.0.8 1.0.9 1.0.10 2 回 彈 儀 2.1 技術要求 2.1.1 2.1.2回彈儀應符合下列標準狀態(tài)的要求:
