摘 要:我本次設(shè)計(jì)的課題為多層框架教學(xué)樓。為六層框架結(jié)構(gòu),建筑總高度22.5m,建筑面積約5000m2。通過(guò)對(duì)該幢建筑的建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),熟悉了單體建筑的前期準(zhǔn)備、設(shè)計(jì)、施工全過(guò)程,繪制了建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,本計(jì)算書(shū)詳細(xì)介紹了此教學(xué)樓的建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)分為建筑設(shè)計(jì)階段和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段兩部分。
一、建筑設(shè)計(jì)階段
在建筑設(shè)計(jì)階段,通收集各種優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)方案,同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)建筑物的實(shí)地考察,形成一定的設(shè)計(jì)概念,在對(duì)相關(guān)規(guī)范認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)之上進(jìn)行初步建筑方案設(shè)計(jì),在圖紙上繪制總平面圖、各層平面圖、主要立面圖、主要剖面圖的草圖。在專業(yè)老師指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行反復(fù)修改,并最終在計(jì)算機(jī)上繪制詳圖,達(dá)到正確美觀的效果。
二、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段
在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段,可以采用力矩分配法和分層法對(duì)豎向荷載作用下的框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行內(nèi)力計(jì)算;在水平荷載作用下的內(nèi)力計(jì)算可采用D值法,用電算進(jìn)行計(jì)算,手算校核;為了減少框架結(jié)點(diǎn)外的鋼筋擁擠,方便施工,根據(jù)框架結(jié)構(gòu)延性設(shè)計(jì)原則,可采用彎矩調(diào)幅法人為的減少梁端負(fù)彎矩。

Abstract:My this design topic for multi-layered frame classroom building. For six portal frame constructions, construction gross altitude 22.5m, floor space approximately 5000m2. Through to this building's construction, the structural design, was familiar with the monomer construction earlier period preparation, the design, to construct the entire process, has drawn up the construction, the structural design blueprint, this account book introduced this classroom building construction, the structural design entire process in detail. The design divides into the architectural design stage and the structural design stage two parts.
one, architectural design stage in the architectural design stage, passes collects each kind of outstanding design proposal, simultaneously to is related the building on-the-spot investigation, forms certain design concept, in studies earnestly to the related standard above the foundation carries on the preliminary construction project design, draws up the general layout, each horizontal plan, the main elevation, the main sectional drawing schematic diagram on the blueprint. Under the specialized teacher guide, carries on revises repeatedly, and draws up the detail finally on the computer, achieves the correct artistic effect。
