摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)題目球面軸套注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)對(duì)該塑件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了塑件的材料及性能要求，為選取澆口的類(lèi)型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
本副模具的設(shè)計(jì)需要側(cè)向分型機(jī)構(gòu)，在開(kāi)模時(shí)用推件板頂出塑件同時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)滑塊側(cè)向分型，直到塑件脫出型腔。這種機(jī)構(gòu)脫?？煽?，設(shè)計(jì)方便且在模具中占用空間較小，非常適合在本副模具中使用。

Abstract:This design topic is the piston is over to explode machine valve of the Injection molding design, After the plastic part of the Injection molding designed The designer’s foundation knowledge of the injection mould design is reinforced and is able to design more complex injection mould through the design.
Through the foundation knowledge, first, I analysed the plistic material and its properties,so I made selecting the typeal of the gate for preparation,I estimated the plistic parts’ physical vlume which good for choosing the injection-molding machine and the cavity.Last Ianalysed the plistic parts’ chavalteristic,I made the parameter of design,the importance of design and ejctor.
This molde design need other side to open on the open molde. At the open molde the ejector plate ejects the plistic parts at the same time it will made the moving cores move the other side until the plistic parts ejector the cavity,this molde ejector is very good,because this molde use short area and design easy,we often use it.
