二、產(chǎn)品的多功能分析
多功能產(chǎn)品即一種產(chǎn)品在原有功能的基礎(chǔ)上同時(shí)又增加了其他功能。在現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,很多產(chǎn)品一味注重產(chǎn)品的多功能,而忽略了產(chǎn)品本身應(yīng)該實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能。更不可置信的是,很多產(chǎn)品的功能之間根本不存在任何聯(lián)系,從而造成了消費(fèi)者使用中的障礙。我們可以從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析:
1. 多功能產(chǎn)品使用過程中,功能之間相互影響

調(diào)查結(jié)果如下:

這些不適當(dāng)?shù)墓δ軐τ诶夏耆藖碚f,不僅不能很好的使用,而且還影響到其他功能的使用,使得他們在使用過程中遇到更大的困難,從很大程度上限制了老年人使用多功能手機(jī)的可能。
3. 新功能消費(fèi)驚人
能看電視、點(diǎn)播電影是近年來新款手機(jī)的一大賣點(diǎn)。這類手機(jī)可以采用GPRS 上網(wǎng),但是看半小時(shí)電視至少50 元,看90分鐘的大片要200 元以上!而且畫面慢,像動(dòng)畫片,還特別耗電。這很大程度上影響了消費(fèi)者的利益,花費(fèi)高而且得不到很好的服務(wù),結(jié)果是放棄對這些功能的使用。
4. 上網(wǎng)帶來手機(jī)病毒
手機(jī)病毒的出現(xiàn)也是最近一年多的事,隨著手機(jī)的普及特別是智能手機(jī)和3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,手機(jī)病毒的傳播速度和危害程度也將與日俱增。藍(lán)牙功能不敢開、手機(jī)上網(wǎng)也萬分小心、陌生短信不敢打開,手機(jī)病毒的不斷出現(xiàn)也大大限制了手機(jī)功能的充分利用。
從以上幾個(gè)方面的分析來看,手機(jī)的過多的附帶功能使它失去了本來面目,這些多余的功能不但不能被充分地利用,而且影響手機(jī)正常功能的使用,同時(shí)也加重了消費(fèi)者的經(jīng)濟(jì)
負(fù)擔(dān),對于年輕的消費(fèi)者尚且如此,那么對于老年人這些問題會(huì)更加明顯。因此這些不適當(dāng)?shù)墓δ軐κ謾C(jī)造成了負(fù)面影響,沒有很好地滿足消費(fèi)者的真實(shí)需求,同時(shí)也造成了手機(jī)資源的浪費(fèi)。
五、結(jié)論
綜上所述,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中不能過分的追求多功能而忽略了產(chǎn)品的實(shí)用性,要能夠充分把握消費(fèi)者的特點(diǎn),針對具體的消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),選擇該產(chǎn)品最適當(dāng)?shù)墓δ?,這樣不僅能夠使產(chǎn)品體現(xiàn)最適合的價(jià)值,而且有利于產(chǎn)品的舒適安全使用,同時(shí)也能夠降低產(chǎn)品的成本,更有利于消費(fèi)者接受和使用產(chǎn)品。
