[摘 要] : 本模具設(shè)計中脫模機(jī)構(gòu)是重要的一個部分，同時它又是一個難點(diǎn)，特別是因為制品兩邊都含有螺紋。該文設(shè)計的制品含有內(nèi)螺紋，為了避免側(cè)向分芯，而采用動定模兩向脫螺紋方式，同時也要考慮模具設(shè)計的成本問題和制品要大批量生產(chǎn)等因素，最終脫模機(jī)構(gòu)采用螺紋自動脫模機(jī)構(gòu)，即采用齒輪齒條 機(jī)構(gòu)和拉動推板的聯(lián)合方式將塑件脫下來。該文介紹了這種脫模 機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計要點(diǎn)，也是本問的一個特色。本文還強(qiáng)調(diào)了齒輪齒條機(jī)構(gòu)和螺紋成型芯等各機(jī)構(gòu)之間的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動，這樣才能使塑件順利地脫下來，最終生產(chǎn)出合格的產(chǎn)品。

Abstract : The organization of drawing of patterns is an important part in this mold design, at the same time it is a difficult point , especially because the products both sides contain the whorl . Products whorl in containing that this article design, for prevent side direction from divide into core, is it move two mould definitely to take off the whorl way to adopt, is it consider cost issue and products of mold design want factor of producing in enormous quantities etc. to want at the same time, final drawing of patterns organization adopt whorl automatic drawing of patterns organization , adopt gear wheel rack organization and is it push union way of board mould one is it get off to take off to spur. This article has introduced the design main point of organization of this kind of drawing of patterns, is a characteristic that originally asks too. This text has also emphasized such coordination sports between every organization as the rack organization of the gear wheel and whorl shaping core ,etc., could is it mould piece is it come down to take off smooth , output qualified product all one's life most to make in this way.
