摘 要
隨著塑料工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，塑料模具對人們的生活影響越來越大了，已成為衡量一個國家制造業(yè)水平高低的重要標(biāo)志，并在很大程度上決定著產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、效益和新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)能力。我國的模具水平在近幾年也得到了很大的發(fā)展。
在本次設(shè)計(jì)過程中，主要設(shè)計(jì)了麥克風(fēng)外殼的注射模具。分析了塑件的形狀尺寸，擬訂了模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案，并選定了所需的注射機(jī)的型號，設(shè)計(jì)了模具的成型部分，澆注系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)等，并對模具進(jìn)行了分模。重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了模具的成型部分，并繪制了模具的裝配圖和動模定模圖。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of plastic industry，mold effects the lifing of people more and more vast.,and has become the important signs measuring of a national manufacturing and to a extent determines the quality of products, efficiency and new product development capability.China's mold levels in recent years have also gotten a lot of development .
In this design process ，mainly design process on the Microphone housing.Analysis the shape and size pieces of the Plastic .Developed the overall structural designed of the mold, and selected the necessary injection machine model,design of the forming part of die、gating system and the cooling system as well as do part of the mold parting. Focus is on the design of the forming die and the mapping of the die assembly map and dynamic simulation model will map.w
