摘 要
PLC控制是目前工業(yè)上最常用的自動化控制方法,由于其控制方便,能夠承受惡劣的環(huán)境,因此,在工業(yè)上優(yōu)于單片機的控制。PLC將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)融為一體,專門為工業(yè)控制而設計,具有功能強、通用靈活、可靠性高、環(huán)境適應性強、編程簡單、使用方便以及體積小、重量輕、功耗低等一系列優(yōu)點,因此在工業(yè)上的應用越來越廣泛。
本文主要講述PLC在材料分揀系統(tǒng)中的應用,利用可編程控制器( PLC) ,設計成本低、效率高的自動分揀裝置。以PLC為主控制器,結(jié)合氣動裝置、傳感技術(shù)、位置控制等技術(shù),現(xiàn)場控制產(chǎn)品的自動分揀。系統(tǒng)具有自動化程度高、運行穩(wěn)定、精度高、易控制的特點,可根據(jù)不同對象,稍加修改本系統(tǒng)即可實現(xiàn)要求。

ABSTRACT
The PLC control is currently the most widely used industrial automation control method, because of its convenient control, able to withstand the harsh environment, therefore, in the industry is better than that of single chip control. PLC will be the traditional relay control technology, computer technology and communication technology com., specifically for industrial control and design, has a strong function, high reliability, flexible, general environmental adaptability, easy programming, easy to use and has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low power consumption for a series of advantages, so in the industry more and more widely applied on the.
This paper is mainly about PLC in materials sorting system application, the use of programmable logic controller ( PLC ), low cost, high efficiency of the automatic sorting device. Taking PLC as main controller, combines with the aerodynamic device, sensor technology, control technology, control products automatic sorting. The system has a high degree of automation, stable operation, high precision, easy control, according to different object, modify the system can reach the requirements.
