摘 要
油菜是當(dāng)今世界上最主要的農(nóng)作物之一，因?yàn)槠浞N植成本和管理成本都比較低，而單產(chǎn)量較高，經(jīng)濟(jì)收益又較大，因此在世界范圍內(nèi)被廣泛栽種。我國(guó)是油菜生產(chǎn)大國(guó)之一，由于從播種到收割這整個(gè)過(guò)程一直是以手工作業(yè)為主要形式，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，條件惡劣，作業(yè)效率比較低，因此，研制專(zhuān)用的油菜聯(lián)合收割機(jī)就成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
為了完成此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，我們一組10人在老師的帶領(lǐng)下，共同努力，一起完成。而我主要負(fù)責(zé)的是雙圓筒篩及糧箱的設(shè)計(jì)。這個(gè)雙圓筒篩是一種清選裝置，它主要是為了改進(jìn)其它的清選裝置而專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的。一般的清選裝置都是平的，利用其振動(dòng)來(lái)達(dá)到清選的目的。我為了使振動(dòng)消除，特意設(shè)計(jì)了雙圓筒篩這種效果較好的清選裝置。其動(dòng)力由主電機(jī)提供，通過(guò)帶輪傳到軸上，再通過(guò)鏈輪使兩圓筒篩同向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。被清選下來(lái)的油菜籽會(huì)通過(guò)輸送攪龍裝置輸送至糧箱。糧箱最關(guān)鍵的設(shè)計(jì)是在出糧口。我用壓桿和彈簧設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)自動(dòng)夾緊裝置，可以把蛇皮袋夾在上面讓其自動(dòng)工作，以便于減輕工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。糧箱上還帶有扶手，供工人扶手用。在糧箱頂部專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了蓋子，避免雨水或雜物落入其中。

ABSTRACT
Rapeseed is one of the main economic crops in the world today, because its cultivation cost and management cost is lower, and single output is higher, economic benefits is bigger, is widely planted in the world. China is one of the biggest production of rapeseed, as from sowing to harvesting the whole process is manual work as the main form, the intensity of labor is high, the condition is bad, the efficiency is lower, therefore, to develop special of rape combine harvester has become the top priority.
In order to complete the graduation design, we under the guidance of the teacher, a group of 10 people joint effort, to complete together. And I am mainly responsible for double cylinder screen and food box design. The double drum screen is a kind of cleaning device, it is mainly to improve other cleaning device specially designed. General cleaning device are flat, with its vibration to reach the purpose of cleaning. I in order to eliminate the vibration, specially designed a double cylinder screen this effect better cleaning device. The power provided by the main motor, through the pulley to the shaft, and then through the sprocket makes the rotating drum screen. Cleaned off rapeseed will stir by transmission dragon device to food box. Grain tank is the most critical design in food outlet. I use a lever and spring to design an automatic clamping device, it can let the snakeskin bag clip above it work automatically, in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers. On the grain tank, there is a armrest for workers armrest. Specially designed on the top of the grain tank lid, avoid rain or sundries fall into one of them.
