研究雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)

Ⅰ .介紹
在傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng),鏈輪齒型材是直的。在嚙合進(jìn)步的無(wú)聲鏈和鏈輪,只有單面的齒廓網(wǎng)格以直齒廓鏈輪傳遞的運(yùn)動(dòng)和力量。當(dāng)連接板網(wǎng)格和鏈輪接觸發(fā)生一次。在下面的嚙合過(guò)程中,不存在相關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)之間的連接板和鏈輪。然后網(wǎng)格上的下一個(gè)鏈接板塊與鏈輪咬合接觸會(huì)再次發(fā)生[1]。

II.雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈
A.減少多邊形的行動(dòng)
當(dāng)傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)聲鏈網(wǎng)格的調(diào)查傳統(tǒng)的鏈輪或漸開線鏈輪、距離緊邊之間的鏈條和鏈輪中心持續(xù)的交替變化的咬合過(guò)程。位置變化的原因是,緊對(duì)側(cè)切向和鏈輪節(jié)圓。然后如果整個(gè)嚙合過(guò)程沿著切割狀態(tài),這個(gè)多邊形的運(yùn)動(dòng)可以避免或減少。基于這樣一種理念的雙重網(wǎng)格無(wú)聲鏈被提出。
圖1顯示減少多邊形理論的運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)于雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈。
圖1所示的(a),隱藏線表示了緊邊的常規(guī)無(wú)聲鏈條和實(shí)際線路表示緊邊的雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈。這離開了齒廓鏈輪齒3網(wǎng)格的調(diào)查對(duì)齒廓的接合點(diǎn)A。在傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)聲鏈合適的齒廓的聯(lián)合是外面齒廓剖面的鏈接1。但在雙重嚙合無(wú)聲鏈對(duì)齒廓的關(guān)節(jié)一個(gè)內(nèi)在的齒廓的鏈接2。因?yàn)閮?nèi)在齒廓的連接板嚴(yán)密,平行和工程外的外部齒輪的剖面作為雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈?zhǔn)巧钊氲礁餍懈鳂I(yè)的一個(gè)線。所以在雙重嚙合無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)較緊的一面的鏈條仍然可以切向的鏈輪節(jié)圓在圖1中所示的位置(a)定義了特別的關(guān)系的內(nèi)部和外部的齒廓。

在傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng),隨著緊邊鏈側(cè)切向到鏈輪的垂直距離中央線之間的緊邊鏈的一方和鏈輪中心是節(jié)圓半徑。當(dāng)鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)約一半的螺旋角為鏈切割緊側(cè)的鏈輪節(jié)圓垂直距離是齒輪的齒頂圓的半徑。所以節(jié)圓的半徑和齒頂圓在整個(gè)傳動(dòng)過(guò)程之間的距離是交替變化。在傳統(tǒng)的無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)的振幅多邊形運(yùn)動(dòng)是如下

在是節(jié)圓所在圓的直徑是齒頂圓。是無(wú)聲的鏈傳動(dòng)咬住和z是鏈輪輪的齒數(shù)。因此,當(dāng)與傳統(tǒng)的常規(guī)鏈網(wǎng)格或漸開線鏈輪波動(dòng)了起來(lái)緊邊鏈運(yùn)動(dòng)不大于。
D.運(yùn)動(dòng)行程緊密的一面
當(dāng)雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈網(wǎng)格和傳統(tǒng)的鏈齒輪嚙合,鏈節(jié)固定和鏈齒輪最后一次旋轉(zhuǎn)。
這個(gè)鏈節(jié)不是在同一生產(chǎn)線上的下一個(gè)鏈接。當(dāng)那些鏈的壓縮空氣不在圍繞鏈齒輪但能繼續(xù)移動(dòng),無(wú)聲鏈驅(qū)動(dòng)像齒輪和鏈條一樣傳動(dòng)。齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)器在架子上移動(dòng)。鏈輪之間的關(guān)系旋轉(zhuǎn)角度和距離為線性。在其他情況不是線性的關(guān)系因?yàn)殒滮X輪周圍需要壓縮空氣。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中當(dāng)鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度,它是假定接合點(diǎn)A總是在線切向的鏈輪節(jié)圓和接合點(diǎn)A的運(yùn)動(dòng)距離是。運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)間的關(guān)系,對(duì)接合點(diǎn)A和B的頂尖的中心位置的紐帶,位置從到被顯示圖片3。

Ⅲ. 新型的鏈輪
漸開線鏈輪可以降低鏈輪嚙合碰撞當(dāng)雙嚙合無(wú)聲鏈網(wǎng)格與漸開線鏈輪可能會(huì)干擾齒頂高。為了避免干擾漸開線鏈輪必須加以修正以正確嚙合與雙重嚙合無(wú)聲鏈。信封上寫的是獲得這兩種可以改進(jìn)方法的理論[6]。
基于信封, 根據(jù)鏈輪齒形的理論可達(dá)到內(nèi)在的齒廓和它的運(yùn)動(dòng)定律。距離的功能和運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度可源自方程(5)。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的投擲角鏈輪是對(duì)稱的分開和相應(yīng)位置的內(nèi)在的齒廓。一個(gè)數(shù)字的位置內(nèi)在齒廓被顯示在圖4。視圖的粗線和影線是表示原漸開線齒廓和鏈輪齒。

Ⅳ.減少POLYGONG運(yùn)動(dòng)

因此多邊形的運(yùn)動(dòng)振幅雙重作用嚙合無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)之間的垂直距離緊邊和鏈輪中心。通過(guò)分析雙重網(wǎng)格劃分的無(wú)聲鏈振幅傳動(dòng)等于±0.01毫米,通常無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)等于0.178mm,當(dāng)p=6.35毫米和Z=28時(shí),比較兩個(gè)無(wú)聲多邊形鏈的傳動(dòng),驅(qū)動(dòng)器被顯示在圖6在一個(gè)嚙合圈。

Ⅴ.結(jié)論
在論文中,研究齒廓的無(wú)聲鏈減弱了傳動(dòng),也就是說(shuō),多邊形鏈的雙重網(wǎng)格無(wú)聲探究。根據(jù)包絡(luò)理論, 沒(méi)有干擾齒廓的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種新型的
修改后的漸開線齒廓,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)確認(rèn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律之間的連接板和鏈輪。分析結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)鏈輪用修改漸開線網(wǎng)格與無(wú)聲鏈和多邊形振幅的傳動(dòng)雙重嚙合和無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)的振幅被降低并且有效提高無(wú)聲鏈傳動(dòng)裝置的流暢性。
