摘 要
裝載機(jī)主要用來裝卸成堆散料,也能進(jìn)行輕度的鏟掘工作。由于它適用于建筑、礦山、鐵道、公路、水電等國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)部門,因此,在國(guó)內(nèi)外,產(chǎn)量與品種的發(fā)展都較快,是工程機(jī)械中的一個(gè)主要機(jī)種。
裝載機(jī)根據(jù)不同的使用要求,發(fā)展形成了不同的結(jié)構(gòu)類型。通常,按使用場(chǎng)合的不同,分成露天用裝載機(jī)和井下用裝載機(jī);按行走系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)不同,分成輪式裝載機(jī)與履帶式裝載機(jī);按卸料方式不同,分為前卸式(前端式)、后卸式與回轉(zhuǎn)式裝載機(jī)。
此次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文先對(duì)裝載機(jī)的發(fā)展概況及設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)思想、特點(diǎn)、任務(wù)進(jìn)行概述,然后確定方案,在技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)部分羅列了ZL30裝載機(jī)的主要技術(shù)性能和參數(shù),進(jìn)行了牽引特性計(jì)算。主要是針對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)裝載機(jī)ZL30的工作裝置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括它的鏟斗的選擇包括:結(jié)構(gòu)形式,具體參數(shù),鏟斗容量。然后進(jìn)行的是其連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)包括動(dòng)臂的一些數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算以及連桿機(jī)構(gòu)中一些組件的尺寸,以及工作裝置的強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算,采用受力分析法進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。

Abstract
Loader piles is mainly used to handling bulk material, but also to carry out the work of digging shovel mild. Because it applies to construction, mining, railways, highways, water and electricity in all sectors of the national economy, therefore, at home and abroad, production and rapid development of varieties, is a mechanical engineering major models.
Loader according to different application requirements,development of the structure of different types. Usually, by the use of different occasions, into the open air and underground loader used loader used; by running a different system structure, divided into wheel loaders and crawler loaders; in different ways according to discharge into the former dump (front-end ), after the dump loaders and rotary.
The design of the graduation thesis mainly deals with domestic Loader ZL30 devices work system design.At first,I introduce the developing trend of the loaders,and explained the main designing idea, designing characteristic and designing task.The second part is the whole designing prgram.In the technical designing part,the main technological parameters and technological features of the ZL30 loader are listed,then I design the choice of bucket include: the structure of the form of specific parameters, bucket capacity. And then proceed to the design of the linkage mechanism includes a number of boom and linkage data of some components of the size, as well as the calculation of the strength of devices, the use of force analysis method calculation and analysis.
