年產(chǎn)46000噸鎂鉻磚生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
以鎂砂和鉻礦為主要原料制造的鎂鉻系耐火材料在近70年的發(fā)展歷程中,首先在鋼鐵工業(yè),繼之在玻璃,水泥等行業(yè)的熱工設(shè)備上廣為采用,成為了最重要的堿性耐火材料。鎂鉻磚屬堿性耐火制品,以方鎂石和鎂鉻尖晶石為主晶相,在氧化氣氛中于1600-1800攝氏度燒成,也可用水玻璃等化學(xué)結(jié)合劑制成不燒磚,主要包括直接結(jié)合鎂鉻磚、半再結(jié)合鎂鉻磚以及普通鎂鉻磚等。其中的普通鎂鉻磚耐火度高、抗堿性爐渣侵蝕性強(qiáng)、熱震穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良、高溫結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度高。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要產(chǎn)品為直接結(jié)合鎂鉻磚,MGe-8和MGe-12的年產(chǎn)量共為46000噸。本設(shè)計(jì)敘述了鎂鉻磚耐火材料的使用條件及其生產(chǎn)工藝?yán)碚摶A(chǔ),輔助原料的要求、加工處理方法、產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、物料平衡計(jì)算結(jié)果、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選型計(jì)算以及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)檢查系統(tǒng)的說(shuō)明和本設(shè)計(jì)主要特點(diǎn)。

Abstract
The refractory material plays a role in surfing in the development of the steel making.With the gradual development of the metallurgical trade, the refractory material craft has got constant development, the result of study asserts the MgO-Cr2O3 department material has function of that other materials can’t be compared, combine magnesium chromium quality directly ,half combine MgO-Cr2O3 quality, etc. Alkaline material can raise the lining durability again, it is a concise extremely good material outside a stove .The chromium refractory material of magnesium is the fire-resistant products taking MgO-Cr2O3 as composition, combine MgO-Cr2O3 brick, half-bond MgO-Cr2O3 brick and common MgO-Cr2O3 brick. It has excelly property anti-alkali, anti-corrosion refractory-degree and loading high temperature.Product of this design of MgO-Cr2O3 8 brick and MgO-Cr2O3 12 brick which be product 46000tons in one year. Originally design conclude of the MgO-Cr2O3 brick refractory material and theoretical foundation of the production technology, requirement for raw materials,process the method , the production technological process, supplies of the products balance calculation of raw-materials, selecting and calculating of equipment and production technology, inspection system of production, and main characteristic of my design.
