摘 要
垃圾再生煤是一種新型綠色能源,它具有容易燃燒,火力猛,燃燒完全和排污少的特點。是一種很好的燃料。中國現(xiàn)在能源利用中,煤占有很大一部分比例。垃圾再生煤可以運用到居民日常生活,工業(yè)領域,運用前景廣泛。
本文根據(jù)垃圾煤生產(chǎn)線上對垃圾煤成型擠出機的工作要求,設計出一種可行的擠出機結構,主要工作包括:
進行擠出機的結構方案論證,設計可行擠出結構方案。繪制擠出機部件的機構裝配圖,主要零件的零件圖。進行有關理論分析和計算,以滿足強度和使用要求。
分析工作動力要求,選擇合適的原動機及減速機。
編制關鍵零件的加工工藝卡。對擠出機機中關鍵部位的零件編制加工工藝卡,可以了解其加工工藝過程,方便加工制造。用三圍軟件UG完成部件的結構設計。
本次擠出機采用了葉輪擠壓式原理,包含有減速箱的設計,擠出機頭的設計,箱體和機筒的設計。擠壓部采用螺旋結構,擠壓部螺旋軸采用懸臂式設計結構,機筒的結構采用組合式結構并內(nèi)裝襯套減少物料對機筒摩擦。并在結構設計的基礎上進行重要零件的校核,確保其的可行性。
