摘 要
介紹了一種前置式開溝機的工作原理、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、整機結(jié)構(gòu)及生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用情況，并分析了其特點。上世紀80年代,國內(nèi)研制出比較有代表性的大型圓盤開溝機、小型圓盤開溝機、鏈條開溝機、螺旋開溝機及拋土開溝犁等機型,并批量生產(chǎn)。其中,生產(chǎn)使用較多的為前置式小型圓盤開溝機。但是這些開溝機存在功耗大、拋土不勻,在泥濘田地無法使用的問題,為此提出一種小型開溝機刀盤的新設(shè)計方案,并進行理論分析。 新型前置式開溝機，屬于農(nóng)業(yè)機械技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。該機包括用于安裝連接在手扶拖拉機的前方機架上的機架臂及機架臂上安裝的刀盤、皮帶輪、齒輪箱，刀盤中心低于手扶拖拉機的前方機架的高度。安裝連接在手扶拖拉機的前方機架上的機架臂是向下傾斜的或者中間呈彎曲狀態(tài)，使開溝機距手扶拖拉機的距離縮短，降低了前方的重力距；還使刀盤距地高度降低，從而降低了開溝機作業(yè)時手扶拖拉機的傾斜角度。本實用新型結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，合理、簡單，生產(chǎn)制造容易，特別是降低了勞動強度，提高開溝的直線性和工作效率，有利于延長柴油機的使用壽命，有極大的推廣實用價值和廣闊的市場前景。
