摘 要
本次設計內(nèi)容是支撐掩護式液壓支架總體及推移千斤頂設計。液壓支架與采煤機、刮板輸送機構(gòu)成綜采工作面設備，液壓支架不僅用來支撐頂板，推動刮板輸送機工作面和自移式支架本身，而且還為綜采工作面的采煤設備提供一個安全的工作環(huán)境。因此正確的選擇和設計液壓支架對長壁工作面采煤具有十分重要的意義。此外，由于對液壓支架需求數(shù)量很大，對其投資要占到長壁采煤工作面初始投資的一半以上，所以，液壓支架是長壁采煤工作面設備中十分重要的一部分。支撐掩護式液壓支架具有支撐式液壓支架和掩護式液壓支架的特點。所以，支撐掩護式液壓支架具有他們所具有的優(yōu)點。液壓支架作為回采工作面的一種支護設備，液壓支架在工作時能否取得良好的支護效果，跟液壓支架的架型，結(jié)構(gòu)有關。首先，通過作圖法確定支架的四連桿機構(gòu)各桿系的長度；其次，對液壓支架的前梁、頂梁、掩護梁進行受力分析，對支架上的載荷進行計算；最后對推移千斤頂?shù)囊簤焊?、活塞桿等進行強度效核,并畫出設計所需要的機械圖。
