車床用數(shù)控砂帶磨削裝置的設(shè)計【含CAD圖紙、說明書】

┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 長 春 大 學 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）紙 車床用數(shù)控砂帶磨削裝置設(shè)計 [摘要] 對于長軸類零件來說，傳統(tǒng)的加工工藝一般為粗車——精車——粗磨——精磨四道工序，而其中精磨部分又大多依靠外圓磨床的砂輪磨削來完成。普通砂輪磨削的加工范圍有限，不能適應(yīng)一些具有特殊外形工件的加工，比如單件小批量生產(chǎn)的細長軸、大尺寸重型零件，以及長徑比很大的細長桿件等。此外，對于一些中小型企業(yè)來說，資金有限，也沒有能力購置相應(yīng)的精加工機床。針對這一現(xiàn)象，本課題采用砂帶磨削技術(shù)改造普通車床，由普通機床加工高質(zhì)量零件。即在CA6140車床上應(yīng)用砂帶磨削技術(shù)，加載了砂帶輪磨削裝置，使車削與磨削在同一臺車床上加工完成，既降低了工件表面粗糙度，又進一步提高了工作效率。同時，由于資金投入少，而加工出的工件能獲得較好的表面質(zhì)量，因而該工藝具有明顯的經(jīng)濟效益。這種嘗試也為改造普通機床，拓寬其用途積累了一定的經(jīng)驗。 [關(guān)鍵詞]：砂帶磨削；數(shù)控；車床 Design and manufacture of composite high speed machine tool structures [Abstract] Traditional processes on the manufacture of long axis is mostly Rough lathe - Accurate lathe - Rough grind - Accurate grind ,and the last process always depends on the wheels on the grinding machines .Because of the way it works ,The usage of ordinary grinding wheels is limited ,for example , the manufacture of parts with superior dimension and weight ,parts in various shapes ,or the rate between the length and the diameter of an axis is quite large ,such as the rods used in the piston thimble .In additional ,some pint-size enterprises which lack capital cannot afford the cost of the special grinding machines .To solve this problem , we brought in the technics of Abrasive Belt Grinding ,designed the relevant mechanics ,and merged together with the lathe CA6140 ,in hopes of getting a better quality of the surface on parts with a common machine . Firstly , it decrease the number of Ra ; Secondly , we improve the efficiency of manufacture .
