摘 要
汽車懸架的設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,其設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中必須考慮車輛的行駛平順性和操縱穩(wěn)定性、舒適性等多方面的設(shè)計(jì)要求。傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方式設(shè)計(jì)成本高、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)周期長(zhǎng),已無(wú)法滿足快速設(shè)計(jì)的需求。為了能夠快速響應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)要求,開(kāi)發(fā)以三維參數(shù)化繪圖為基礎(chǔ)的懸架設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)非常必要,能夠大大提高設(shè)計(jì)的效率和質(zhì)量。
介于越野汽車大比例越野路面行駛要求,越野汽車設(shè)計(jì)的重要工作是提高越野機(jī)動(dòng)性的前提下,保證乘員的舒適性、車輛行駛安全性、車輛通過(guò)性、整車各主要部件可靠性、整車輕量化。
ADAMS是集建模、求解、可視化技術(shù)于一體的虛擬樣機(jī)軟件,是目前世界上應(yīng)用最為廣泛的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件。ADAMS/Car模塊是MSC公司與Audi、BMW、Renault和Volvo等汽車公司合作開(kāi)發(fā)的轎車設(shè)計(jì)模塊,它能通過(guò)高速動(dòng)畫(huà)再現(xiàn)各種工況下的車輛運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)響應(yīng)。本設(shè)計(jì)利用ADAMS/Insight 從在ADAMS/Car中完成的懸架試驗(yàn)出發(fā)對(duì)越野車前懸架參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),能夠大大提高設(shè)計(jì)的效率和質(zhì)量。

ABSTRACT
Design of the automotive suspension, which refer to the requirement of ride comfort performance of vehicle, is a complicated systemtic engineering. The conventional design mode costs high and needs a long development cycle. That mode cannot satisfy the demand of fast design. For satisfy this design requirement, it is extraordinary necessary to explot suspension design development system based on tridimensional parametrized plotting, which can greatly advance the efficiency or grand of the design.
Given to the off-road vehicle’s ridden requirement of crosscountry, the key job of design is advancing the mobility of the off-road vehicle ,guarantee the comfortability of passenger, ride security , trafficability, reliability of each part and light weight of the whole vehicle as fast as possible.
ADAMS, a virtual prototype software including modeling, solving, visualization technology, is the most popular mechanical systems dynamics analytical software in the world nowadays. ADAMS/Car, a car design module cooperative developed by MSC, Audi, BWM, Renault and Volvo corporation, can be used to reappear different kinds of vehicle kinematic and dynamic response. This paper has used ADAMS/Insight to optimize front suspension parameter of SUV after complete suspension test in ADAMS/CAR which can greatly advance the efficiency of the design.
