摘 要
機(jī)械液壓雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是履帶車輛的一種新型轉(zhuǎn)向方式,也就是發(fā)動機(jī)功率在變速箱的輸入軸上分流,一路功率流向變速箱,一路功率流向由變量泵、定量馬達(dá)及其他控制元件組成的液壓轉(zhuǎn)向調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。
本文從整體上論述了機(jī)械液壓雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(轉(zhuǎn)向裝置)性能檢測系統(tǒng)的測試原理和設(shè)計方案,并從硬件和軟件兩方面詳細(xì)闡述了汽車變速箱性能檢測系統(tǒng)的組成。介紹了汽車變速器系統(tǒng)綜合試驗臺的主要構(gòu)成與種類, 著重在機(jī)械硬件方面去分析研究開放式機(jī)械液壓雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(轉(zhuǎn)向裝置)綜合試驗臺的主要結(jié)構(gòu)、特點及工作原理。
試驗臺通過各扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器測得的轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速對轉(zhuǎn)向裝置進(jìn)行性能分析。因試驗臺所用液壓泵的需求,試驗臺設(shè)計安裝了第一升速裝置,它使液壓泵的輸入扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速符合液壓泵的要求;又根據(jù)測功機(jī)的扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速特性曲線選擇安裝了第二升速裝置,使測功機(jī)的輸入扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速符合其要求。
本論文研究的目的、意義:我國汽車、拖拉機(jī)工業(yè)正處于發(fā)展和提升時期,履帶車輛雙功率流轉(zhuǎn)向裝置可實現(xiàn)由方向盤操縱進(jìn)行精確的方向控制,機(jī)動性好等許多優(yōu)點,這對其設(shè)計制造、性能檢測與維修提出了迫切要求。為開發(fā)具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的、適合我國國情的高性能轉(zhuǎn)向裝置,提出本研究課題。

ABSTRACT
