摘 要
本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)城市停車問(wèn)題現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查、研究、分析，參考國(guó)內(nèi)外解決停車難問(wèn)題的措施，對(duì)各種立體車庫(kù)的類型進(jìn)行了分析，結(jié)合我國(guó)城市住宅小區(qū)的實(shí)際情況，提出了適合我國(guó)城市住宅小區(qū)的單元式車庫(kù)立體化設(shè)計(jì)的方案，住宅小區(qū)單元式車庫(kù)在條件允許的情況下，可優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)成雙柱式二車位立體車庫(kù)。本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用AutoCAD設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，確定了科學(xué)合理的立體車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案和控制方案，建立了科學(xué)的論證和實(shí)施方案。
本文首先闡述了雙柱式二車位立體車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的目的和意義、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及應(yīng)用前景。而后分析論證了一種舉升承載質(zhì)量共3.5t的雙柱式二車位立體車庫(kù)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案，進(jìn)行了其舉升機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)等主要機(jī)構(gòu)的方案分析和選擇。對(duì)于機(jī)械部分進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)分析以及強(qiáng)度和剛度的計(jì)算校核，計(jì)算結(jié)果表明雙柱式二車位立體車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求；文中還對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。
本設(shè)計(jì)提出的實(shí)施方案，適合我國(guó)城市住宅小區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀，在我國(guó)將有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景，會(huì)在新開(kāi)發(fā)的住宅小區(qū)及舊社區(qū)里大顯身手，是城市住宅小區(qū)停車問(wèn)題的主要發(fā)展方向。同時(shí)對(duì)促進(jìn)城市靜態(tài)交通的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，提高城市管理水平有重要的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT

In this paper, first of all on three-dimensional two-column two garage parking spaces for the purpose and significance of the design, development and application prospects. And then analyzed the quality of a lift carrying a total of two-column Second 3.5t parking garage three-dimensional design program, the lifting mechanism for the mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system and other major institutions of program analysis and selection . The mechanical part of the motion analysis and the calculation of strength and stiffness of checking the calculation results show that the three-dimensional two-column two garage parking spaces designed to meet the design requirements; article also carried out on the hydraulic system design and calculation.
The design of the implementation of programs, suited to China's urban residential quarters of the status quo, in China will have broad prospects for development will be developed in the new residential quarters and the old community to show their talents in urban residential parking area to the main direction of development. At the same time, static traffic and promote urban construction and development, to improve the level of urban management has an important application value.
